• You must provide accurate and valid Google account credentials (email, password, and 8-digit backup code) for activation.
• The Google account must be your own personal account. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.
• You must ensure that the provided backup code has not been previously used. Backup codes are single-use only.
• You agree to change your Google password after activation is complete for security purposes.
• You must not use this service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

4. Privacy and Data Handling

• We collect your Google email, password, and backup code solely for the purpose of activating your subscription.
• Your credentials are transmitted securely via SSL encryption and are not stored permanently after activation.
• Backup codes are immediately discarded after use and cannot be recovered.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Pricing is displayed on our website and may vary by region.
• By submitting payment, you authorize the charge for the selected subscription plan.
• All prices are listed in the local currency of your region and include applicable taxes.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Premium Hub is not liable for any account suspensions, bans, or penalties imposed by Google or YouTube on your account.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, content, or access to Google services resulting from account modifications.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription service.
• We are not responsible for changes to YouTube Premium features, pricing, or availability made by Google.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability. However, we are not liable for interruptions caused by:

• Scheduled maintenance or updates.
• Google's region-locking policy changes or service updates.
• Issues with the customer's Google account (suspension, 2FA changes, password changes during activation).
• Force majeure events beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Premium Hub. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent. YouTube Premium and related trademarks are the property of Google LLC.

9. Changes to Terms

10. Termination
